How to dispose of garbage

Normal waste

If it's a small quantity, please dispose in the designated area on the collection day.

※Please keep in mind that burnable and non-burnable waste is separately collected on different days of the week.

Cardboard

Most cardboard is collected as recyclable waste. Please fold and tie it, and dispose on the day of recyclable waste.

Bulky waste

Bulky waste such as sofas, tables, or shelves etc. will not be picked up even if you leave it at your waste collection point. You need to notify your local municipality before disposal of bulky waste. It may take some days for the bulky waste to be picked up, so please contact your local municipality as early as possible.

Recyclable electric appliances

TV sets, refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners are no longer accepted as bulky waste. They are collected as "Recyclable electric appliances" after the payment of disposal fee. If you would like to dispose of them, please check with your local municipality or the shop where you bought the item.
