If your kitchen light above the sink doesn't turn on, check the following:

〈Check procedures〉

1.Switch on the kitchen stove light.

▼For the following types, press and hold the main switch for 2-3 seconds to turn on the power, then press the LIGHT switch.

If the light still does not come on, turn the light switch to "OFF" and proceed to step 2). below.

2.Check to see if the glow bulb (starter) is loose.

If there is no glow bulb installed, please proceed to step 3. below.

3.Remove the fluorescent lamp and check that the model number printed on the lamp is a compatible product.

If the model number includes FL or FCL: Compatible with glow bulb type lighting fixtures.

If the model number includes FLR, it will fit a fixture that does not have a glow bulb installed.

4.Install the fluorescent lamp so that it is not loose, and press the light button to check that it lights up.

5.If it still does not light up, replace the fluorescent light or glow bulb.

※Indoor fluorescent lights and glow bulbs are consumables, so please replace them yourself.

※Please purchase compatible fluorescent lamps and glow bulbs at your nearest hardware store or mass retailer. Bringing the installed fluorescent lamps with you will make it easier to find the products.

※After replacement, fluorescent lamps and glow bulbs that are no longer needed should be disposed of in accordance with waste disposal rules.

6.If the fluorescent lamp or glow bulb still does not light up after replacing it, please let us know the details of the situation using the "Equipment Repair Request Form"

■If a light bulb or fluorescent light burns out within one month of moving in, or if you are subscribed to the life support service "Select" or support system "Select", we will replace it free of charge.

Please let us know the location of the lighting, the type of fluorescent light (wattage), and detailed conditions using the "Equipment Repair Request Form"

■If LED lighting that cannot be removed is installed, please let us know using the "Equipment Repair Request Form"

※Please specify that it is "LED lighting" in the inquiry details section of the equipment repair request form.

■If it is difficult for you to replace the product yourself, we will replace it for a fee.

※If you don`t prepare light bulbs or fluorescent lights, there will be a material cost.
