To check the code that was used to lock the delivery box, you can open the small cover behind the dial lock and do the procedure to search the code.

Insert a pin in the hole behind the dial of the lock, then turn the dial until the number stop moving. The dial will get stuck on the number set. Repeat the procedure for each dial and you will find the PIN used to open the box.

How to confirm your PIN number

１．Remove the cover behind the dial lock from the inside the room.

Unscrew the two sides of the cover with your hands (if it's hard to turn the screw, try using a rubber glove).

２．Some delivery boxes will have a search bar on the inner side of the cover.

*You can use a pin or clip head if there is no search pin in your delivery box.

※In some apartments, a search bar can be removed from a cover.

３．Please insert a search bar or pin in the holes to find a PIN number.

４．While inserting a search bar, please dial the number in front. Then, dials get stuck at the number that was set.

５．Repeat the process described at the step 4, for all numbers, until you have the full combination and then turn the open knob to unlock.
