A living room light went out. What should I do?
The following are the details
1.A light bulb and a fluorescent light are consumable goods. Therefore, we are asking our tenants to exchange them by themselves.
※We will exchange a light bulb or a fluorescent light without any charge if they went out within one month from your move-in date, or if you purchased support service select.
Please contact us through an inquiry form or by phone if you would like.
2.There are various kinds of bulbs and fluorescent lights. Please purchase the same type at your local DIY store or electronics store.
※If you bring the installed light bulb (fluorescent light) with you, it would be much easier to find the appropriate one.
3.Please note light may not be on when a light bulb, a fluorescent light, or a glow lamp is loose.
