There is a message 「B-CASカードを確認してください」 in the TV screen. Is it broken?
Please check the following.
1.Please pull out the code from the outlet, and put it back in after 5 minutes.
2.Please check the B-CAS card inserted in the TV properly. If it's already inserted, please take it out and insert again.

※Insert part of card would be different depending on brand and model.
