Is there anything I should be careful of when using a card key?
Please check below for precautions regarding handling of card keys.
1.Do not bring it close to magnetic objects
If one of the two key cards you were given works but the other does not, the magnetic strip on the unusable key card may be defective.
Please be aware that if you bring your card key close to a magnetic object, it may become unusable.
※In particular, please do not store your magnetic card directly on top of cash cards, commuter passes, or other magnetic cards.

2.Be careful about foreign matter contamination.
If there is no reaction regardless of which one of the 2 card keys you are handing in, there is a possibility of a malfunction of the cylinder body.
If foreign objects get inside the unit, it may cause a malfunction, so please be careful not to use the card key if there are foreign objects or stickers attached to it.

Also, if sand, dust, water etc. enter the cylinder, it may cause malfuction.
Please be sure to turn the insertion port of the cylinder downward after locking / unlocking.

If there is a problem with your card key, please notify us using the "Equipment Repair Request Form".
