If you have values to be refund when moving out, the values are transferred to your registered bank account after you moved out.

 This transfer is made on the following month after the move out or confirmation of payment. We ask for your understanding.

● If your move-out date is between the 1st and the 10th of the month:

The values will be transferred to your bank account on the 10th of the following month. (or the next business day in case it is a weekend or holiday.)

● If your move-out date is between the 11th and the 20th of the month:

The values will be transferred to your bank account on the 10th of the following month. (or the next business day in case it is a weekend or holiday.)

● If your move-out date is between the 21st and the end of the month:

The values will be transferred to your bank account on the 10th of the following month. (or the next business day in case it is a weekend or holiday.)

We will transfer the refund values to the account that was registered for rent payment.

​※It is possible to transfer to another account if you wish the transfer to be made into another account. (There are some banks or type of accounts that can not receive the transfer. We ask for your understanding.)​
