■ Customers whose cancellation date is between the 1st and the 20th

The refund will be made to your designated account on the 20th of the following month. (If the 20th falls on a weekend or public holiday, the refund will be made on the next business day.)

■ Customers whose cancellation date is between the 21st and 31st

The refund will be made to your designated account on the last day of the following month. (If it falls on a weekend or public holiday, the next business day)

■ Customers whose cancellation date is between the 1st and 10th

The refund will be made to your designated account on the 10th of the following month. (If it falls on a weekend or public holiday, the next business day)

■ Customers whose cancellation date is between the 11th and 20th

The refund will be made to your designated account on the 20th of the following month.  (If it falls on a weekend or public holiday, the next business day)

■ Customers whose cancellation date is between the 21st and 31st

The refund will be made to your designated account on the last day of the following month.  (If it falls on a weekend or public holiday, the next business day)

The room fee will be refunded to your registered automatic transfer account.

※If you would like the refund to be made to a different account, the refund will be made to the financial institution account you specify. (Some financial institutions may not be able to provide partial refunds.)
