Location of the main water valve (water supply) of the room.
Location of the main water valve (water supply) of the room.
The location may be different depending on your building, but most valves are located on the ground, in the corridor or the shared area passages of the building.
In some buildings the valve may also be located in the pipe space next to the main door of the room.
After opening the door below the water heater, the main valve will be somewhere close to the ground.
For water supply main valves in the ground level (corridors or passages of the building), the meter for the rooms in the second floor will be beside the meters of the room in the first floor.
e.g. the meter from room 101, 201, 301, will be side by side on the ground.

Turn the valve to close or open the water supply when needed.
*The type/shape of the valve may vary depending on the building.

If you cannot find the valve, contact your local water supply department or file an [Inquiry Form] to contact the service center.
