Insurance cancellation procedure

●Asuka small amount short-term insurance

Please complete the cancellation procedure before moving out from the internet.

If you do not know your login ID and password, please choose the link to "I forgot my login ID and password".

However, in the following cases, it is not possible to cancel over the Internet, please kindly contact Asuka small amount short-term insurance directly.

・If you have already left the room

・When a cancellation approval form (notice postcard describing the details of the received cancellation) is required

・If you wish to transfer money to a different account holder from the contractor

・When you want to continue using this insurance at your new rental apartment

●Life Support Service (Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance)

We will mail you the Life Support Service cancellation document after you leave.Since this product is an insurance product for Leopalace residents only, it cannot be transferred to other than Leopalace properties.

●For any other insurance company

Please contact the insurance company or your agent and confirm the address change or cancellation procedure directly before moving out.
