Under Chintai Contract, the following Basic Cleaning Fee will be charged according to a room type/size when moving out.

●If you reside in a furnished room, 3,300yen will be additionally charged as a cleaing fee for appliances.

●If you reside with your pet, 33,000yen will be additionally charged as a special cleaning fee aside from a Basic Cleaning Fee.

※Tenants who made contract before May 31, 2016 and resides in 1K or 1R room, wil be required to pay the amount of ①.
