When you open the door of water heater next to the entrance door, there are some water-supply pipes. After closing the water valve of water heater, please take off the drain tap, and drain the pipes.

Procedure of draining water heater

1.Close the water shutoff valve firmly.

2.If you have difficulty loosening the tap, please contact our service center.

3.Water inside the heater comes out from drain taps.

※When you open the faucet of hot water in your kitchen and bath room, water will drain completely.

※When you open the water valve of water heater before closing drain taps, water spouts out. Therefore, please make sure to close them firmly before opening the water valve.
