・ The tenants are responsible to change the fluorescent lights and other types of light bulbs have a set lifespan and will burn out after being used for a certain time.

※If a light bulb or a fluorescent light has burnt out within the first month of the start of the contract or if you signed up for "Life Support Service Select" or the "Support System Select" insurances, the light bulbs can either be provided or replaced by the management free of charge.

・ There are several types of light bulbs/fluorescent lights for the different types of fixture in the rooms. Please, be sure to purchase the correct type of light bulb. Light bulbs are usually available in a wide range at home centers and electronics store.

※It may be easier to bring the light bulb to the store, if you are having problem to find the same type of light bulb.

・ The light bulb or glow bulb (starter) may be loose in the fixture socket, so try tighten it before replacing.

​

・ If you are not able to replace the light bulb, you can order a service for the replacement upon payment of the service fee. For the order, please contact Service Center (Service fee: 3850¥+materials)
