The Life Stick remote is not working.

【Check the details below first:】 ※If it is the first time using the LifeStick, there may be an insulating tape on the back of the remote is battery type, please remove it.

・Check if the blue light is on the LifeStick device connected to the TV. ・・・・ Please click here if there is no light.

① Battery type: Check if the batteries are charge.

When the batteries are running low, a low battery sign will appear on the top right corner of the screen.

Please, change the batteries.

※The battery sign may show even if the batteries are not properly connected. Try removing the batteries, inserting again and check if the controller is working properly again.


② Rechargeable type: Check if the controller is charged.

For the rechargeable remote type, the controller may not have charge.

If you don't have a micro USB cable, remove the AC adapter cable from the LifeStick device on the TV and then connect it to the controller as shown in the picture below.

While charging a red light will show on the top of the controller and will go off when it's fully charged.


③ The controller may have desynchronized with the device and needs to be paired again.

※Pairing means synchronize the remote and Life Stick.
