A

If you are moving from one LeoPalace managed building to another LeoPalace building, you can keep using the account you created on your first building contract on the new one by following the configuration method explained below.

You will then be able to continue using your optional contracts and points from the account.

※If you are moving within the last 3 days before the end of the month, there is a chance that your contracted plans will not renew automatically. There is also a possibility that you will not be able to continue the same contract or the same terms as you had in the last room.

In this case, please start a new contract with another plan available.

【If your new room needs account to be configurate from the beginning.】

①LEONET ID and password: You will need to enter the ID and Password you registered in your previous building.

②The initial configuration number and room number: When the system request to enter the initial configuration and room number, input the numbers written on the document of the new building contract.

If you follow the steps ① and ② correctly, your contracts and points on the account of the last room will continue to be used on the new room.

※Be careful as if you create a new account ID and Password with the initial configuration of the new room, you will not be able to use the contracted optional services and points from the previous room.

■Where to input the information when performing the Life Stick initial setup:

[1] After starting the initial setting of the Life Stick, select "Log in with the LifeStick" then "For those who has already changed the LEONET ID and password".

[2] Enter your LEONET ID and password (①) registered in your previous room and select "Next".

[3] Confirm the information from your account on the following screen.

If you did not set a phone number and confirmed it with the SMS authentication, after selecting "Register" the SMS authentication screen will be displayed.

※ If you do not set SMS, select to set a secret question and proceed to the next screen.

[4] Enter the initial setting number and the room number of the new room and select "Next".

If you advance to the log in confirmation screen and the home screen display after, your login has been completed and you will be able to continue use the same account.
