The screen "Please enter your password"「パスワードを入力してください」 is displayed for the rooms where the contract is under a company name. (When starting the Life Stick after more than 12 hours from the last use). Please, understand that this measure is to prevent inappropriate use by others. The normal main screen will be displayed after you input your LEONET account's password. However, there is a setting from the account where you can set to skip entering the password during a time frame of 30 days. ■Setup through the Life Stick: On the &Leo app.「＆Leo各種手続き・お知らせ」, select パスワード省略設定 "Password omission setting" of the menu on the left side of the screen. After entering your password, change the omission option to "ON" and it will not request the password for 30 days.

■Setup from the smartphone application &Leo (option only available on Android version). Open the "Residence" tab in the bottom. ⇒ "Confirm & edit registered information"

Select "Password omission setting"

Enter your password.

Turn on the password omission option as shown below and the setting will be completed.
