The screen "Please enter your password"「パスワードを入力してください」 is displayed for the rooms where the contract is under a company name. (When starting the Life Stick after more than 12 hours from the last use).
Please, understand that this measure is to prevent inappropriate use by others.
The normal main screen will be displayed after you input your LEONET account's password.
However, there is a setting from the account where you can set to skip entering the password during a time frame of 30 days.
