●If you have the Asuka short-term insurance:

You can complete the cancellation procedure online.

Enter your login ID and password, and complete the procedure following the instructions on the screen.

※If you lost your login ID or password, please click 「ログインID、パスワードを忘れた場合」(If you lost login ID or password"ログインID、パスワードを忘れた場合") in the login screen.

You will not be able to cancel online in the cases described below. The owner of the contact must contact the Asuka short-term insurance office directly.

・If you have already moved out of the room.

・When the cancellation approval form is required (Notice that must be filed and posted).

・If you want you need the refund values to be transferred to an account that is not owned by the contractor of the room/insurance.

・If you wish to continue using the insurance for another rental apartment.

●If you have the Life Support Service (Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance):

The cancellation documents of Life Support Service will be sent to you after moving out.

This product is only available for LeoPalace tenants. It cannot be transferred to other buildings that are not managed by LeoPalace.

●If you have another insurance company contract:

Before moving out, please contact the insurance company or the responsible agent directly and perform the procedure for changing your address or canceling the contract.
