When replacing fluorescent lamps or light bulbs, there have been cases where the lighting covers have been installed incorrectly, causing the covers to fall off.

When installing the light cover, please follow the steps below.

〈Procedure for installing the light cover〉

1.Double-check that the fluorescent lamps and bulbs you installed are compatible with the lighting fixture.

※The image below is an example. The lighting fixture itself or its cover will have information about the compatible lamps.

※When installing fluorescent lamps and light bulbs, be sure to install compatible products. Using an incompatible product may result in it falling or being damaged.

2.Check the light cover if there is any damage.

※If there is any damage, stop installing the cover and notify us using the Equipment Repair Request Form.
