How to connect the Internet to computer or smartphone

Please check the followings for how to connect with each devices.

The screen as below will be displayed after opening a browser if the LAN cable from the wall is connected to your computer or Wi-fi router etc.

It is not necessary to set up your computer if the following screen is displayed.

※The screen would be different depending on connected devices and OS.


If the above screen is displayed, enter "LEONET ID" as the user name and "Password" as the password to connect.

If you have changed "LEONET ID / password" at the initial setting of Life Stick or from the "&Leo" app / WEB site, please enter your changed "LEONET ID / password".

Click here if you forgot your changed LEONET ID / Password.

?If the "LEONET ID / Password" is not changed to an arbitrary one, please enter the "LEONET ID / Password" described in the "Registration Confirmation" or "Key Confirmation".

※A contract of optional service including the internet is required to use the internet connection.Please check here for confirmation of contract status.

If you use the Wi-fi of the Life Stick, you can set up and connect Wi-Fi without the above authentication screen.

※To use the Life Stick's Wi-Fi, settings on a HDMI-compatible TV is required.

If you do not have a TV, you cannot use the Life Stick's Wi-Fi. Please prepare an access point by yourself.


If you are subscribed to the Internet, when the initial settings are completed, the wireless (WIFI) "SSID" and "Password" will be displayed in the upper right of the service TOP screen. You can connect by selecting "SSID" of the above wireless (Wi-fi) from the network settings of your terminal(PC, smartphone, etc.) and entering "Password". 【Smartphone】
【PC】

■If the Wi-Fi SSID and password are not displayed on the screen

①If there are multiple lines of Wi-Fi in the vicinity, the corresponding SSID may not be displayed.

Please try turning Wi-Fi OFF> ON on your computer, smartphone, or tablet and check again.※Depending on the model of the computer, the Wi-Fi button may be external.


②Check if Network Settings> Wi-Fi is off at the bottom of the Life Stick service TOP screen.

If it is ON, the Life Stick cannot connect to Wi-Fi.

After turning it off, restart Life Stick and check.


③The Life Stick frequency band may not conform to the standard of your device (PC, smartphone, etc.).

If the frequency band is 5.0GHz from Life Stick Network Settings> Frequency Band Settings, change it to 2.4GHz and check again.


④Try manual network connection.

Network name: Enter the displayed SSID.

Security type: Select "WPA2Personal".

Security key / password: Enter the displayed password.
