※Please note that using the Wi-Fi function of the Life Stick requires an HDMI-compatible TV for setup. If you do not have a TV, you will not be able to use the Wi-Fi function of the Life Stick, so please prepare an access point yourself.

For those who have an Internet contract, once the initial setup is complete, the 'SSID' and 'password' for wireless (Wi-Fi) will be displayed at the top right of the service's main screen.

By selecting the above wireless (Wi-Fi) 'SSID' from the network settings on your device (computer, smartphone, etc.) and entering the 'password,' you can connect to the network.

1) If there are many Wi-Fi signals around, the relevant SSID may not be displayed.

Please try turning the Wi-Fi OFF and then ON again on your computer, smartphone, or tablet, and check again.

※Depending on the model of your computer, the Wi-Fi button may be external.

Please check if the Wi-Fi is turned OFF in the network settings at the bottom of the Life Stick service's main screen.

If it is turned ON, it means the Life Stick is unable to broadcast Wi-Fi.

After turning it OFF, please restart the Life Stick and check again.

The frequency band of the Life Stick may not be compatible with your device (computer, smartphone, etc.).

If the frequency band is set to 5.0GHz in the Life Stick's network settings > frequency band settings, please change it to 2.4GHz and check again.

4) Please try connecting to the network manually.

Network name: Enter the displayed SSID.

Security type: Select 'WPA2-Personal.'

Security key/password: Enter the displayed password.
