Regarding the seismic standards for the buildings.

When starting a construction, the project must be approved by the local government.

Only the projects that provide the information with the materials and calculations under the various codes and standards can be approved and start building.

Without exception, each LeoPalace buildings also need to have the project inspected and approved to be started and concluded.

Regarding the snow removal for the common areas and the parking lot.

The contractors/residents of the building are responsible for the removal of the snow.

​

The supervision may remove part of the snow from the common area when doing the regular visit, but it will not be frequent enough if there is a continuous or heavy snowfall.
