The smartlock current battery level will update on the homehub app, whenever you use the app. to open and close the door and you can check on the app. the remaining battery level of your Smart Lock within the HomeHub app.

(The homehub will only show the remaining battery level from the last time the app./smartphone was connected with the smartlock. If you are unlocking only with a passcode or NFC card, or by operating the app remotely, the battery level will not update.)

Please, check the following information for the battery status displayed on the app.

*If the smartlock batteries are completely discharged and can't connect to the app., it will only show the battery level from the last time it was able to connect.
