The smartlock app (homehub app) account login has been locked out and I can't login. What can I do?

A

If you enter the wrong password on the smartlock app (homehub app) 3 times, the account will be locked for 24 hours.

If you receive and e-mail on the registered e-mail address or a SMS message on the registered phone number informing that the account has been locked out, you can use the option "If you forgot your password" (パスワードをお忘れの場合はこちら) on the login screen and follow the instructions to set a new password.

▼ If you registered your e-mail as the ID:

Select the option to reset your password and input your e-mail address.


Open the verification link from the e-mail and reset your account.


▼ If you registered your phone number as the ID:

Select the option forgot your password.


Enter the phone number used as the ID for the account, then check the pin code sent on the SMS to your phone and authenticate.


Finish resetting your password and try the login again.
