(Smartlock) The front door auto-locked with the smartphone inside and now I can't enter the room. What should I do?
Be careful when setting the auto-lock function (locking the door after a few seconds) on the smartlock.
If you have access to another smartphone or tablet, you can download the homehub application and unlock the door by logging into your account. *You will need your e-mail/phone number and password you used to set the account.

<i>The device's Bluetooth function must be on and the permission given to the app.
</i>For Android devices, both Bluetooth and location functions must be on.
*The ID will be the e-mail or phone number you used to create your account.
