1) Check the battery level of the smart lock. How to check
If the battery level of the smart lock is low, it may not function properly.
Please check the battery level, and if it is low, replace the batteries.
※In addition to the reader on the outside of the front door, there are also batteries in the bitlockMINI on the inside of the front door. Please check the battery levels of both.

2) Readjust the configuration of the lock and the door position.
Sometimes the registered position may need to be readjusted, as it may be trying to lock in a different position that doesn't fit properly.
It usually happens due to deformation of the door/lock cylinder by the change of temperature or deformation due to time of use of the lock/door/hinges.
