Please check the following regarding the cost of unlocking and replacing the smart lock if you are unable to enter the room.

When receive your inquiry, we will inform you of the earliest possible visit time.

To unlock or replace a key, please apply using the "Equipment Repair Request Form."
In case of emergency, we can also accept your request over the phone.
