The batteries in the remote controls of the installed equipment (air conditioners, televisions, etc.) are consumable items, so we ask that residents replace the batteries during their stay.

If the batteries in the remote control are depleted, remove them and replace them with new batteries.

If the battery runs out within one month from the start of the contract, we will replace it free of charge.

Please let us know the battery size, number of batteries, and other details of the condition using the Equipment Repair Request Form.

※When replacing the batteries, do not mix new and old batteries or different types of batteries.

※When inserting batteries, make sure the polarity (+/-) is correct.
