We ask our customers to take care of the equipment, furniture, and home appliances provided.

If you are concerned about stains on the curtains, please clean them yourself.

Lace curtains can be washed without any problem.

If the installed curtains are torn or have holes, please let us know the details using the "Equipment Repair Request Form".

※ If damage is caused intentionally or negligently by the customer, you may be required to pay the cost.

※ If a customer subscribes to the ``Comprehensive Tenant Service & Key Security System'' under a monthly contract and damages or malfunctions the provided furniture or home appliances due to customer negligence during their stay, we will repair or repair them free of charge.  (If you have any questions, please check when contacting us).
