Please check the following if the power of IH heater / IH radiant heater cannot be turned on.

〈Handling Procedure 〉

​

1）Please check that the electricity breaker is in the ‘ON’ position.

​

If the breaker dedicated to the stove is in the ‘OFF’ position, please set all the breaker switches to ‘ON’.

​

2）Please check if the power of the IH heater（Main Switch）is on.

​

For safety, the switch requires a two-step operation.

​

Press and hold the main switch for at least 0.5 seconds to turn on the unit before operating it.

※If the red lamp flashes, it may be due to the material or shape of the pot, which cannot be used with the IH heater.

〈Where to find the model number〉

​

The model number of the stove often starts with 2～3 alphabets「IBI」「KAC」「HT」「SPH」「RBH」「TBH」「SIH」, which can be found near the operation button.
