If you wish to leave without renewing your contract, please check the following:

1. You can apply to leave the room at any time, regardless of whether it is the renewal month or not.

​

2. If you wish to move out before the next renewal fee is charged, you must apply to move out by the renewal date and move out (vacate) the property within one month of the renewal date.

For example, if the renewal date is January 10th, 2023, you must apply to move out by January 10th, 2023, and move out (vacate) the property by February 9th, one month later.

※If the date of your move-out application is after the renewal date or if the move-out date is more than one month after the renewal date, you will be required to pay the full renewal fee.

3. The renewal fee will be debited from your account the month before the renewal month.

If you leave the room before the renewal fee is incurred, the deducted renewal fee will be refunded.

※If you are charged basic cleaning fees, restoration fees, etc. when you move out, these will be deducted from the refund of the renewal fee.
