If water seeps from the kitchen floor, please check the following.

If water is seeping through your kitchen floor, it may be leaking from the water supply pipe located in the storage space under the kitchen sink.

〈Procedure〉

​

1. Shut off the water by turning off the water supply valve located under the kitchen sink.

​

※ In addition to the handle type, main valves are also available in screwdriver type that can be turned with a coin or other tool.

※ Turning the valve to the right (clockwise) closes it and turning it to the left (counterclockwise) opens it.

※ If there is no water supply pipe under the sink or the water supply pipe does not have a main valve, proceed to the next step.

2. Please let us know the exact location of the leak, the amount of water leaking, and other details using the "Equipment Repair Request Form".

※ If the leak does not stop even after performing step 1 above, or if the leak is severe, turn off the water main valve and wait for the repair technician to arrive.
