The electric water drain control panel may not operate properly due to an error.

Please select the symptom that applies from the list below.

〈Procedure to take if the water drain control panel does not turn on〉

1.Check that the power switch is turned ON.

2.If the power switch is turned on but the lamp does not light up, check that all the breakers are turned on.

3.If all breakers are ON, turn the main breaker OFF and ON again.

※When you turn the breaker OFF, all electricity in the room is cut off. If there are any electrical appliances in use, please turn them off before operating the breaker.

4.Check that the water drain control panel can be operated.

If the device still does not function properly after trying the above, please let us know the details of the problem using the Equipment Repair Request Form.

〈Procedure to take if the lamp keeps flashing and remains lit when you press the "Drain"「水抜」 or "Water flow" 「通水」button〉

1.Reset the main breaker by turning it OFF and ON.

※When you turn the breaker OFF, all electricity in the room is cut off. If there are any electrical appliances in use, please turn them off before operating the breaker.

2.Press the "Drain" or "Water flow" button again to check if the symptoms have improved.

If the lamp continues to flash after 10 minutes or more, please let us know the details of the problem using the Equipment Repair Request Form.

〈Procedure for when both the "Drain" 「水抜」and "Water Flow"「通水」 lights are flashing or lit〉

1.Reset the main breaker by turning it OFF and ON.

※When you turn the breaker OFF, all electricity in the room is cut off. If there are any electrical appliances in use, please turn them off before operating the breaker.

2.Press the "Drain" or "Water flow" button again to check if the symptoms have improved.

If the symptoms do not improve even after trying the above, please let us know the details of the symptoms using the "Equipment Repair Request Form"

〈Procedure for when the "Drain" 「水抜」light comes on but the water does not stop, or the "Water Flow" 「通水」light comes on but no water comes out〉〈Procedure for when both the "Drain" and "Water Flow" lights are flashing or lit〉
