After the water supply has been restored, please check that there are no leaks from any drain valves and that water (both hot and cold) flows from all faucets.
〈Verification procedure after water flow〉
1.Please check for any water leaks around the drain valve of the water heater.
※If there is a water leak, please tighten the drain valve securely by turning it to the right (clockwise).

2.After checking for any leaks around the drain plug in the bathroom and sink, open the faucet to verify that water flows properly.
※If there is a water leak, please tighten the drain valve securely by turning it to the right (clockwise).
※Please be aware that when you first turn on the water, it will come out with considerable force. Gradually turn the tap to let the water flow, and the problem should improve once the air trapped in the water pipes is released.

3.After confirming that the drain valve in the kitchen sink is fully closed, open the faucet to check if water flows out.
※If there is a leak, please tighten the drain valve securely by turning it to the right (clockwise).

4.After the toilet tank is full, check that the water flow from the hand-wash basin on top of the tank has stopped.
This concludes the post-water flow inspection.
If the water leak persists even after you have fully closed the drain valve, please set the electric drain control panel to "drain" and stop the system, and then report the details of the problem using the "Facility Repair Request Form".
※If you haven't completed the procedures to activate your gas service, water will flow from the hot water tap, but it will not be hot.
※During the winter months, please drain the water to prevent freezing.
