Is there anything to check after the water supply is turned on?
Please check for any water leaks from the drain valve located under the water heater, and also verify that water (hot or cold) flows from all faucets.
〈Check procedure after water is turned on〉
1.Please check that there are no water leaks around the drain valve located below the water heater.
※If water is leaking, close the drain valve by turning it clockwise.

2.Check that there is water (hot water) in the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.
※Please be aware that when you first turn on the water, it will come out with considerable force. Gradually turn the tap to let the water flow, and once the air is completely purged from the water pipes, the problem should be resolved.
※Please note that until the gas service activation process is completed, only cold water will come out of the hot water tap; hot water will not be available until the gas supply is fully operational.
This concludes the water supply operation.
If the water leak persists even after you have fully closed the drain valve on the water heater, please shut off the water supply by closing the valve located below the water heater, and then report the details of the problem using the "Equipment Repair Request Form".
※During winter, please drain the water to prevent freezing.
