If your water meter is installed outside your room, please follow the video or steps below to turn on the water.

※Please complete the water service start-up procedure before starting the water supply work.

※Water meters are mainly installed on the ground in common areas such as around building corridors and near entrances.
**〈Procedure for turning on the water supply valve inside the water meter〉**

1.Make sure all water taps in the kitchen, bathroom, and sink are closed.

※If any taps are open, close them all.
2.Go outside, open the cover of your water meter, and turn the valve or cock to the "open" position.
3.Open the faucets in the kitchen, bathroom, sink, etc. and make sure that water is coming out.

※Please be careful when you first turn on the water as it will come out very forcefully. Turn the faucet slowly to let the water out and the problem will be resolved once the air in the water pipes is removed.
