〈Procedures〉
1)If it's the type installed with the string, perhaps it is on "off" state.
Please try to switch on and off.
2) Fluorescent light bulbs, glow bulbs (lighting tubes) may be too loose. Please try to install it again.
3) The bulb or fluorescent light may be out.
As fluorescent lights and light bulbs in the room are consumable, we ask to the tenants for the exchange.
※ We will replace it free of charge for those who the light bulbs or fluorescent light out within one month after moving in, or subscribe to life support service "Select" and support system "Select".
Please let us know from the "Inquiry Form" or contact the service center.
There are various types of light bulbs and fluorescent lights, so please purchase the same type at your nearest home center or mass retailer.
※ If you have the bulb installed (fluorescent light), it will be easier to find the same type if you bring it with you.
※After replacement, fluorescent lamps, light bulbs, and glow bulbs that are no longer needed should be disposed of in accordance with waste disposal rules.
If you can not replace it, and want to someone to change it, so please inform us from the "Contact Form" or contact the service center. (Business trip expenses 3,850 yen)
