If you authenticated your phone number through the SMS, please check "Contact by SMS sending".

If you did not authenticate through the SMS, please check "Inquire with Secret Question".

If you did not authenticate through the SMS, please check "Inquire with Secret Question".

If the initial setting is already complete and only the ID

You can check from the site dedicated to tenants [&Leo], Life Stick My Room or the "& Leo" smartphone app.

◇ How to verify the ID through the tenants exclusive website [&Leo]

After selecting "Unknown ID"「IDが不明な方はこちら」 select "Inquire via SMS" 「SMS送信でお問合せ 」or "Inquire via Secret Question" 「秘密の質問でお問合せ」

Check the following instructions for each verification method:


■ Inquire by SMSIf SMS authentication is set, enter the phone number registered in the form below,LEONET ID will be sent to mobile phone SMS.


■Inquiry by secret question (one who has not been SMS certified)

Enter your registered email address, select the secret question ,answer the secret question and select "confirm".

Once the match is confirmed, you can confirm the ID on the next screen.

You can check from "Registration Information" in "Registration Information / Contract Information" in the menu.

When the initial setting is complete and only the password set by the customer is unknown

Tenant dedicated site [My Page] ・ Life Stick My Room ・ "& Leo" app allows you to reset your password.


■ Inquire by SMS If SMS authentication is set, enter the phone number registered in the form below,The initialized password will be sent to or phone by SMS.Enter the received initial password and reset the password.


■ Inquiry by secret question (one who has not been SMS certified)After entering LEONET ID, secret question selection, secret question answer,If it match confirmed, the screen changes to the password reset screen.


◇Life Stick in the application &Leo 「&Leo 各種手続き・お知らせ」> In the menu on the left side, select the small house icon 「住まい」 > " Change registered informations「登録情報変更」" in the menu.


Select change password padlock icon 「パスワード変更」.


Enter your current password (If you are recovering your password, enter the one that you received in the SMS).


After typing the password, you will be able to create a new password.Enter the desired new password (on both rows) and confirm (パスワード変更する).
