・Date of birth

・Registered contact number

・Key number or membership number

※We would contact you by mail or phone calls if necessary.

Please also understand that it would take more times to reply depending on your enquiry.

Please check your smartphone is able to receive our email from "@leo-net.jp".

How to check your apartment number

Please check on &Leo smartphone app or website, or Life Stick menu"&Leo 各種手続き・お知らせ"

Select "IDが不明なかたはこちら" to find your modified LEONET ID. You can find with information registered at initial setting.

You can find it in one of two options(Inquire through SMS/ Inquire with secret question)

Select "SMS送信でお問合わせ" if you have completed SMS authentication.

Select "秘密の質問でお問合わせ" if you have not completed SMS authentication.

Please input your registered contact number in the form as below to receive a message with LEONET ID.

Input your registered email address, secret question and answer, and tap the "確認" button. ID will be shown in the following screen after confirming the above information.

You can reset from the Tenant website "&Leo"・Life Stick "&Leo 各種手続き・お知らせ"・&Leo app.

You can find it in one of two options(Inquire through SMS/ Inquire with secret question)

Select "SMS送信でお問合わせ" if you have completed SMS authentication.

Select "秘密の質問でお問合わせ" if you have not completed SMS authentication.

Input your registered contact number in the form as below to receive a temporary password if you have completed SMS authentication.

You can reset the password on the following page if you input the correct LEONET ID, secret questions and answer.

Select menu as the following order.

"&Leo 各種手続き・お知らせ" ⇒ "住まい" ⇒ "登録情報変更"

Tap "パスワード変更" to change your password.

Input the current password, and input the new password in the following page.
