Is it possible to use the tenant-only website "&Leo" / "&Leo" app in buildings without LEONET installation?

Some services are also available in buildings without LEONET installation.


◆&Leo APP

・The pre‐existing damage report・・・ When you are a new tenant, if there are any scratches or stains in the room that you are concerned about, you can submit them through the application within one month from the start of the contract.

・Garbage Collection Information・・・・・You can check the garbage information of the building.

・Contract termination application・・・・・・・You can apply for room cancellation from the app. (However, the lease contract requires the individual)

・Chat ・・・・・You can make inquiries by chat when you have troubles related.

・Confirmation of disaster prevention map and disaster information. You can also post a safety check or contact us about building damage.

●To use the service

Please set up the initial settings from the Leo application or Leo Web.

An initial LEONET ID and initial password are required for initial settings.

Please refer to "Common User ID (Initial LEONET ID)" and "Common Password (Initial Password)" in the "Key Delivery Confirmation Form" below.


◆If you want to set up the initial settings using &Leo application, you need to install the application first.

How to install the "&Leo" application

Please scan the barcode below with the barcode reader of your cell phone camera, or search for "&Leo" in each app store and download it.

①After installation, select "Initial Settings (for those who set LEONET ID for the first time)".


②After entering the initial LEONET ID and initial password, select "Perform initial settings".

■After selecting "Perform initial setting", refer to "Logging in to LEONET".

Enter your "LEONET ID and password" for resident login and select "Login". After selecting, you will be redirected to another site.


■After selecting "Login," refer to "Logging in to LEONET.

■Login to LEONET

①A confirmation screen for the Terms of Use will appear.

Check the terms of use, and if you agree, select "Agree".


②Select "New registration screen".
③Enter the "Initial LEONET ID" and "Initial Password" written on the registration confirmation or key delivery confirmation, and select "New registration".

④Decide and enter your new LEONET ID and password.

Register your cell phone number and other customer information. Please select "Confirm" after entering the information.

※If you are a corporate customer, you will be asked to enter your name and nationality.


⑤Check the information you have entered, If everything is correct, select "Register".

⑥If you registered your mobile phone number (numbers starting with 070, 080, 090) in step ⑤, the PIN code (6 digits) will be sent to the SMS of the registered mobile phone.

Enter the sent 6-digit code on the input screen and select "Authentication".

※If you do not have a mobile phone number (phone numbers starting with 070, 080, 090)

⑦This is the confirmation screen for room contract information. If there are no mistakes in the "Initial setting number" and room number on the registration confirmation, select "Register".

⑧When this screen is displayed, login is complete.

Select "Next" to go to the original page ("& Leo" app / resident-only website "& Leo").


●For the "& Leo" app

①There is a brief description of the "& Leo" app.

Please confirm the contents and select "Next".


②Set the location information acquisition / notification and select "Start" to complete the registration.
