The [Secret Question] is set when creating an account to have a way to recover the ID or the Password in case you forget.

Be sure to note down, both the question and the answer and store it in case you need.

You can set the secret question during the initial settings of your account with the LifeStick, the smartphone app or the website [&Leo].

Be aware that, even the service center, LEONET support or the branches are not able to confirm or tell you the secret question and answer you have set for your account. Be sure to note it down during the creation of your account in case you need it to recover your account information.

※After setting the secret question/answer for your account once, you will not be able to check it again.
