・Please cooperate in removing any items that are easily blown away (drying poles, flower pots, trash cans, other personal belongings, etc.) from the balcony. Also, please check in advance whether the drainage of the balcony is blocked by dust or fallen leaves.

・The door may be damaged by strong winds when opening or closing. Check the weather conditions carefully before leaving the room and if a strong wind warning is issued, please refrain from going out as much as possible to prevent injuries and accidents. If you have to leave the room, please be very careful when opening and closing the door.

・Water outages may occur due to a power outage when a typhoon passes. Store water in a plastic tank or the bathtub. Also, when water is cut off, please make sure that all the faucets in the room are closed. If you forget to tighten it, you may have a water leakage/overflow problem when the service is restored.

・Depending on the wind direction, rainwater may enter from around the running sash door or from the ventilation openings, please cover with a towel etc. if needed.
