About the contract and cancellation procedures for the utilities (electricity / gas / water)

Please check below for procedures to start and stop using public utilities (electricity, gas, water).

When you move in, you will need to apply to start using utilities (electricity, gas, water), and when you move out, you will need to apply to stop using them.

For contact details regarding procedures for starting and stopping electricity, gas, and water services, please refer to the "Guide to Apartment Use" provided to you at the time of signing the contract.

■Information about using the apartment


Please note that if you move in during the winter (October to March), you may be required to turn on the water yourself.

If you are leaving the room in winter (November to March), please drain the water yourself to prevent freezing.

※If you sign up for a monthly contract or utility option plan, there is no need to start or stop using electricity, gas, or water.

※If the water charge is included in the usage fee, there is no need to go through the procedures to start or stop water service.

※For details on payment methods for various fees, please contact the respective supplier.

※Your presence may be required when starting or stopping gas (hot water). Please contact your gas company for details.

※If you need to be present when the gas (hot water) is turned off, please be sure to complete this procedure before the day you move out. We do not provide proxy attendance.
