What should I do if the message "Please enter your password" is displayed when starting the Life Stick before initial setup?
When tenants are swapped within the same corporate contract, the following password request screen may appear after launching Life Stick
Select [初期設定を開始する] "Start initial setting" and initialize the information, you can set new LEONET ID, password and secret questions.
※Please note that if the LEONET ID and password have been changed, performing the following operation (logging into LEONET) will delete any retained LEONET points and any information related to currently contracted optional services that you have been using.
