1.Drain the water from the water heater.

2.Please ensure that the electrical circuit breaker is in the ON position (do not turn it OFF under any circumstances).

※If temperatures drop significantly due to a cold snap or other weather conditions, leaving a small amount of water running in the kitchen or bathroom sink before going to bed or leaving the house can help prevent pipes from freezing.
