I can not use the electricity in the room.
First, check all the switches of the breaker are ON (入).(Usually, the breaker is installed above the washing machine or around the entrance inside the room.)
The breaker in the picture is the most common type. It may be a different one depending on the room.
※Depending on the region, the up and down for the ON and OFF of the switches may be inverted.Please, check the switches on the panel to confirm.

You can see a character on the switch when you move the breaker up and down.
・ ON‥‥『ON』 『入』『 ● (black circle)』 『｜(vertical bar)』
・ OFF‥‥『OFF』 『切』 『 ○ (white circle)』
※If there is no character written, it can be distinguished by moving the breaker up and down.
(Up: ON / Down : OFF)
A power outage may also be occurring in your area. Please, check the power outage information with the electric power company responsible for your area.

Regarding the amperage on the electricity company contract.
Basic amperage

Family type ‥‥ 40 amps
■ Raising the amperage:
Please, refrain from raising the amperage on the contract with the electricity company, as it will affect the capacity of the entire building.

■ Lowering the amperage:
You can lower the amperage when signing the contract with the electricity company, since it will not affect the maximum capacity of the building.
※Please be sure to request the company to restore the original capacity supply.
※Some companies does not have the option to change the capacity on the contract. For more information, check directly with the contracted company.
Limit of electricity that can be used simultaneously.
The standard electric capacity in LeoPalace rooms is 30 amperes.
If you use too much electricity at the same time, the breaker will trip after exceeding the capacity.
Check the table of the main appliances in the room and the estimate usage. We recommend to not turn on more than 2 appliances with high electrical use at the same time.
Appliances that uses highs quantities of electricity:
Air conditioner ・ Microwave ・ Electric stove ・ Hair dryer
※The power consumption of an appliance will vary for each manufacturer and model. For more accurate power consumption, please check the label or manual of the product being used.
You can use the appliances adding up to total of 30Amps before the breaker trips.
・Amps (A) ＝ Watt (w) ÷ Volt (v)
・1 Amp ＝ 100w
・10 Amps ＝ 1000w (1Kilowatt)
・30 Amps means that the available power consumption is up to 3000W at the same time.
・The voltage supplied to the room is 100v. (The electric stove range can be 200V)
・The list shows the power consumption of one heater of a standard stove.
The electricity circuit breaker switch keeps tripping.
■ Overcapacity or short circuit:
・The standard electric capacity in LeoPalace rooms is 30 amperes.
If you use too much electricity at the same time, the breaker will trip after exceeding the capacity.
※Some one room buildings will have 20A and family-type buildings may have 40A.Check here, for an estimate for the power consumption.
・If the breaker trips, check which ones are off [切] and turn it on [入] again.
※In some areas, the breaker will be "ON" when the switch is lowered instead. Check what is written on the panel when turning.
・If the short-circuit breaker switch trips when using a certain appliance, that appliance may be the one with the malfunction and making the switch trip.?(Ex: The breaker short-circuit switch trips when using the electric stove)
